Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of Aihper, you agree to these terms. They cover:

• the website, including its download, documentation, and policy pages
• Desktop, the application installed on your computer
• the App, installed on your phone
• Node, the agent you install on other machines

If you do not agree, please stop using Aihper. If you use Aihper on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

Aihper is a system for keeping creation and work moving. It provides:

• a runtime that carries out tasks, calls tools, and keeps work progressing on your devices
• account sign-in, plus presence and coordination between Desktop, the App, and Node
• human-in-the-loop steps, where the agent stops and waits for your decision

We may add, change, or retire features. Except where the law requires otherwise, we do not promise that any particular feature will stay available.

By using Aihper you confirm that:

• you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms
• the law where you live does not prohibit you from using the service
• you use Aihper only on devices, accounts, and systems you are entitled to use

We may suspend an account that does not meet these conditions.

Your account is yours to look after:

• keep your sign-in email and password to yourself, and do not share an account
• activity carried out through your account is treated as yours
• if you see a sign-in you do not recognise, change your password and tell us as soon as you can

We will never ask you for your password, and we will never ask you to send website credentials to our team. To report something unusual, write to us through the contact page.

When using Aihper, you agree not to:

• break applicable law or infringe anyone else’s rights
• attack, probe, or disrupt the service, or work around quota, authentication, and safety limits
• direct Aihper at systems, accounts, or data you are not allowed to reach
• build malware, send bulk unsolicited messages, commit fraud, or otherwise harm other people
• resell or rent the service, or call it automatically far beyond normal use

Where this happens, we may limit, suspend, or close the account involved.

You can connect your own machines to Aihper. By doing so you confirm that:

• you are allowed to install and run software on that machine
• you understand that tasks will run there according to your instructions
• the data and configuration on that machine remain your responsibility

Please do not connect a system you are not entitled to use.

Your files, instructions, task records, and results remain yours.

• we claim no ownership of your content
• to carry out the tasks you start, you grant us the licence we need to receive, transmit, process, and temporarily store the content involved
• that licence exists only to provide the service to you, and goes no further than running your tasks and keeping the service safe
• we do not display or sell your content

How content is handled and kept is set out in the Privacy Policy; what stays on your own device is described in Security.

Aihper runs tasks and produces results automatically, so please keep in mind:

• generated results can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuited to your situation
• for steps with real consequences, confirm them at the human-in-the-loop prompt before continuing
• you remain responsible for the decisions you make after accepting a result
• similar output may be produced for other people, so we cannot promise it is unique

We make no promise that generated text, plans, or actions are correct or fit for your purpose. They are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

You can let Aihper connect to third-party sites and services:

• those services are run by their providers, under their own terms and policies
• you are responsible for having the right to use them in that way
• their content, changes, outages, and losses are between you and them

An outage or restriction on their side may stop a task from finishing. That is not a breach of these terms by us.

Aihper runs on prepaid credits:

• running tasks deducts credits based on actual usage, at the rate shown on the usage and purchase screens
• the price and contents of a credit pack are those shown at the time you buy it
• credits given to you free of charge cannot be cashed out or transferred, and may carry conditions
• credits can only be used by the account that holds them

If a charge looks wrong, ask us to check it through the contact page, and we will correct genuine billing errors. Remaining credits are not kept after an account is deleted.

Apart from your content, the following belong to Aihper:

• the software, its source code, and its builds
• the name, logo, and interface design
• the documentation, guides, and website content

You may use them as these terms and the product licence allow. Please do not copy, modify, sell, redistribute, or use them to build a competing product without permission.

Either side can bring the service to an end:

• you can delete your account at any time from the account settings in Desktop or the App
• we may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, a security risk, or a legal requirement, and will tell you beforehand where we reasonably can
• once the account is deleted, that account and the data held for it on our side are removed
• local files and website passwords on your own machines are not cleared by deleting the account; those stay for you to handle

The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability continue to apply after an account ends.

As far as the law allows:

• the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that it will meet a particular purpose
• we do not warrant that a task will complete successfully, or that a third-party service will stay available

Some jurisdictions do not allow implied warranties to be excluded. There, the exclusions above apply only as far as the law permits.

As far as the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost data, lost profit, and business interruption

Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page with its date, and for significant changes we will also tell you in the product or by email. Continuing to use Aihper after an update means you accept the new version.
